The Groom's Clubhouse leads to the salt water pool retreat.

It is conveniently located near hotels, restaurants, and other amenities.
Our venue offers ample parking for you and your guests.
It is easily accessible to major highways and public transportation.
The Tulsa International Airport is 12 miles from the Venue, so getting to Harvest Farm Event Center couldn't be easier.

Is alcohol allowed at Harvest Farm Event Center?

Harvest Farm Event Center is an alcohol-free facility for new bookings beginning August 1, 2026. Contracts signed prior to this date have the option to serve alcohol providing they hire a licensed and insured bartender and a CLEET certified security officer.

If couples and guest would like to do an "after party" we are located

just 5 - 20 minutes from Owasso and Tulsa Bars and Casinos.

This can save big $$$

Is smoking allowed?

Smoking is not allowed on property.

How many guests does Harvest Farm Event Center accommodate?

We can accommodate up to 170 guests for indoor ceremonies and up to 200 guests for outdoor ceremonies.

Do you offer a "wedding coordinator"?

We have at least one staff member onsite when you arrive to answer questions, assist guest or vendors and help you with smaller task. We will find out if you want to use the included center pieces and signage. If not, we will remove them so you can have a clean palate for your personal touches. Once we have answered all your questions and you feel comfortable, we get out of the way and let you enjoy your Best Day Ever with family and friends. You will have our personal cell number and we will be immediately available to assist with questions throughout your day.

Are there any additional fees?

There are no cleaning fees, security deposits or hidden cost.

We do not charge more based on your guest list (maximum occupancy is 200 total)

The only cost besides the price listed is a $125 event insurance policy.

It is due one month prior to your wedding.

We give tours any day there is not an event.

and we will schedule a tour on whatever day and time works for you.

How do we book our Dream Wedding?

Once you have taken the tour of Harvest Farm and decide it is the perfect venue for your special day,

check our Q & A section to see if your date is still available.

Price is subject to change.

Contract + down payment will lock in your date and package price.

We can fill out the contract in person at the venue or I can send the contract by email, whatever works best for you. The contract is a very simple lease agreement.

What is the payment schedule for our Wedding?

We can divide your venue rental total into 2, 3 or 4 equal payments.

The number of payments will depend on how far in advance you book.

The 1st payment is due at booking. (this is the down payment we receive with the signed contract that locks in your date)

The final payment is due one month prior to your wedding day.

We take cash app, venmo, apple cash, check, cash or credit card.

Can we host a non-wedding event?

You can host any celebration, meeting or banquet at Harvest Farm Event Center.

If your event is within 2 months. email me and I will send you an event price list.

Can we choose any vendors?

You may choose any vendor you like.

If you are budget minded you can bring your own food and blue tooth your playlist to our sound system

Do you have a weekday elopement package?

We offer Elopement Packages and Outdoor Micro Wedding Packages

~You are welcome to use our lanterns and greenery or bring your own decorations.

~Tables and chairs may be moved wherever you like,

but not removed from event building.

The outdoor ceremony space has benches that accommodate up to 175 guests.

There are many hotels, restaurants and shops at Smith Farm Marketplace in Owasso,

just 2 miles from Harvest Farm Event Center.

Do you have a sound system available?

Yes!

If you do not plan to hire a DJ, you are welcome to use our sound system free of charge.
